Q: What format is the training delivered in?

A: The training is delivered in an online video format, available for viewing online only.  You may not download the training videos.  You may only view them on VideoTrafficFirestorm.com, so you will definitely need a DSL internet connection or faster.

Q: Will this training help me rank videos for my local business?

A: Yes.

Q: Does this training involve using Youtube?

A: Yes.

 

 

Members FAQ’s

 

Q: I can’t login to the training with the information I was sent.  How come?

A: You will only be prevented from logging in if you don’t have access or if you enter the wrong username or password.  Be sure to copy and paste the username and password you were given to ensure there are no errors.  Some fonts will make certain letters look like numbers and vice versa.  Also, be sure there are no additional spaces before or after the username and password you entered.  The easiest way to check this is to highlight the information and see if a space exists in the highlighted portion.

Q: I’m having trouble viewing the videos.  How come?

A: All the videos are optimized for viewing on the web.  However, if it’s been a while since you cleared your internet cache, your computer could be getting bogged down, due to all the information it’s storing to help you with your regularly repeated tasks.  To clear my cache, I use ccleaner and will recommend you do the same.  It’s a free application that can be found here: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

Q: If I promise not to refund, can I have the bonus training immediately?

A: Sorry, but the bonus delivery is part of the website’s programming.  I can’t change it for you without changing it for everyone.

Q: I haven’t received my login info.  What should I do?

A: If you just purchased the course, please allow up to 10 minutes for your email to arrive with your login info, in case the servers are busy.  Don’t forget to check your spam folder, just in case.

Also, if you use the “Forgot Your Password” option on the “Members Login” page, and it doesn’t find your account, it’s because you mistyped or entered the wrong email address.  Your login email is whatever email address you used at the time of purchase (i.e. PayPal) and will be on your receipt.  It’s NOT the email address you provided after you purchased your training.  As long as you have an active account, you can go to the “Members Login” page and use the “Forgot Your Password” option to have a new password emailed to the email you used to purchase your training.
